MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum for blank orders. There is a 12 piece minimum for decorated orders. Less than 12 pieces may be decorated at a charge of $25.00 (v) on the order.

ART
Vector art (ai, eps) or high resolution tiff files are highly recommended. Additional charge may apply if artwork needs to be manipulated or redrawn.Complete art in an electronic format is essential to produce your order in an accurate, timely, and high quality manner. Please include the format used, distributor name, PO, and contact name with all artwork.
*Non-camera ready art (such as a low-resolution jpg, faxes, unclear prints, or other unusable art) that must be improved to use will incur additional charges of $30 (v) per hour. (1 hour minimum charge)

PRODUCTION TIME
Decorated Orders: Standard Production time is 5 working days after artwork approval. If a pre-production sample or swatch art are required, we require 5 working days production time after it is approved. Rush orders are possible (subject to capacity), additional charges may apply. (See back of catalog)

ART APPROVALS
OGIO will provide and requires a paper proof for approval on all decorated orders at no charge. Swatches and/or pre-production samples can be provided upon request for an additional charge. Decorated orders will be processed based upon artwork and information shown on paper proof, swatch, or pre-production sample, whichever is requested/provided for final production approval. OGIO will not be responsible or liable for any deviation of artwork once order has been approved and ran for production. (i.e. Thread or Pantone colors, logo sizing, position, or location on product, etc.)

Pre-Production Sample- $20 (v) plus bag and decoration run charges.

FREIGHT POLICY
Published prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval. OGIO reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
Unless routing is specified on your purchase order, OGIO will select the most direct or the least expensive method. Terms are F.O.B. Salt Lake City, Utah. The proper transfer of your shipment to a recognized carrier also transfers responsibility to that carrier. All claims of any nature must be made with the carrier at the point of delivery.
Prepaid truck shipments: will be billed at cost plus a $15.00 handling fee. Unless otherwise specified, all truck orders are shipped collect. UPS, FEDEX, or RPS shipments also include the cost of insurance and handling.
Drop Shipments: will be charged a $5.00(v) plus freight charges for each

CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written approval from OGIO, which will only be granted only prior to decoration or production. Cancelled orders, blank or decorated, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Cost of dyes, screens, digitizing, setups, and proofs will be billed if completed.

OVERSIZED PRODUCTS
Because of extra handling and processing requirements, some items shown in catalog incur additional charges for decoration. Please see Additional Charges in back of catalog for product details and pricing. Drop Shipments: will be charged a $5.00(v) plus freight charges for each destination to cover additional handling costs and individual packing. Shipment to non-U.S. destinations: will be charged $37.50 (v) for the special handling involved (plus all freight costs).

INSERTION & SPECIAL PACKAGING
A quotation is required for insertion of unusual items or special packaging. Unless otherwise stated, packaging is in bulk shipping cartons (note case pack quantities for each item).

RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized by OGIO. Please call for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers. The authorization number must be prominently displayed on the outside of all return shipping cartons. A restocking charge of 15% may be applicable on non-decorated merchandise.

SAMPLE POLICY
Non-imprinted samples are available at 35% off EQP (except golf bags, which are billed at EQP). Self promo 15% off EQP (OGIO must do decoration).

CUSTOM BAGS
OGIO welcomes the opportunity to quote on customizing an OGIO product with additional features, modifications, or colors. Custom items require 60-120 days for production and delivery. A minimum order quantity does apply depending on the product. Please call for details. (See page 47-48 “custom orders” for examples)

TERMS
Net 30 days with approved credit. Delinquent accounts are subject to charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on delinquent balances. No orders will be accepted from delinquent accounts until the balance is paid in full. There is a $35 charge for all returned checks. 50% deposit may be required on decorated orders.

DISCLAIMER POLICY
We will try our best to satisfy your customers requests. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods as they may vary slightly from catalog colors and actual production lots.
Acceptance of your Purchase Order constitutes an agreement based solely upon OGIO’s published terms and conditions, regardless of any terms or conditions set forth on your purchase order. OGIO shall not be liable for inability to ship orders due to material shortages, quota restrictions, U.S. Customs delays and/or shipping carrier delays. We will make every effort to substitute similar merchandise should extensive delays occur.
